Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or related servers
Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing others to access your account
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our platform
Using our platform to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Engaging in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of our platform
Violating intellectual property rights of Eduventure or third parties

Violations of these prohibitions may result in the termination of your access to the platform, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Eduventure.

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All content provided on Eduventure's platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eduventure or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you enroll in a course or access our platform, Eduventure grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Access and view the educational content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes
Participate in course discussions and activities as permitted within the platform
Download materials specifically designated for download, solely for your personal educational use

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from course materials
Use content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Transfer your account or access rights to another individual

Any unauthorized use of platform content terminates the licenses granted herein.

The Eduventure platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by Eduventure. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by Eduventure of these third-party resources.

Eduventure has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Eduventure shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit or interact with through our platform. Your interactions with these third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Eduventure offers various subscription plans and one-time course purchases. By subscribing to our services or purchasing a course, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in the designated currency and are subject to applicable taxes.

Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of your subscription period and will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize Eduventure to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period
No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period
Your subscription will not renew for the following period

For one-time course purchases, Eduventure offers a limited satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.

Refund eligibility exceptions:

Bundle or promotional purchases may have different refund policies as specified at the time of purchase
Refunds are not available for downloadable content once access has been granted
Accounts with a history of excessive refund requests may be subject to review

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Eduventure reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time, with such changes applying to purchases made after the policy update.

Liability Limitations

Eduventure provides its online education platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Eduventure does not warrant that:

The platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
The platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the content or software will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduventure, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
Damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss
Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, Eduventure's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall Eduventure's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to Eduventure over the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

The limitations of liability set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between Eduventure and you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eduventure, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of the platform
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, privacy right, or publicity right
Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your relationship with Eduventure and these Terms and Conditions.

Modifications to Terms

Eduventure reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the platform. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notification through the platform or via email to registered users.

Eduventure's response to violations will be tailored to the specific circumstances, taking into account factors such as the severity of the violation, whether it was intentional, the harm caused, and the user's history on the platform.

Account termination or content removal under this section shall be at Eduventure's sole discretion, and Eduventure shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or removal of content.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eduventure is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration association of the governing jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.
